Visit “My Account” then “My Orders” to review the shipment status and tracking information by clicking on an item. You can also view your order details by clicking on “View Order Details.”

To track your order, go to “My Account” and then “My Orders.” The tracking link will be accessible once the order shipment is created with the courier company and is in the ‘In Transit’ status.

For prepaid orders, we offer free shipping across India. However, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders below Rs.2000, there is a delivery charge of Rs.99.

At the moment, we only provide shipping within India.

Unfortunately, if a product is marked as ‘Sold Out,’ it means that it’s currently unavailable for purchase. However, you can often sign up for notifications to be alerted when the product is back in stock.


For pre-paid orders, we accept payment via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and UPI.

For pay on delivery orders, you can either pay with cash at your doorstep or digitally.

All prices listed on the website are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Cash on delivery is available for orders valued at INR 2000 and above.

Yes, EMI payment option is available.

If you encounter a payment failure, please try ensuring that:

  1. The information provided to the payment gateway is accurate, including account details, billing address, and password (for net banking).
  2. Your Internet connection remains stable throughout the process.

If your account has been debited following a payment failure, the amount is typically refunded to your bank account within 5-7 business days. For any clarification, you can email us at Support@fitnesstack.com or call us with your order number.

Cancellation, Return & Refund

To start a return, please reach us using the contact form on the help center page or email us at support@fitnesstack.com. Include details of the issue along with relevant images or videos to support your case.

After your return request is approved, a designated courier partner will be arranged to collect the product from your location. You will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed. It’s important to securely package the product to prevent damage during the return shipping process.

You can view the status of your return or refund by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the “My Orders” or “Order History” section. From there, you should be able to track the progress of your return or refund request. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Please note that at Fitnesstack.com, we exclusively handle all products without any involvement of third-party sellers. This means that all items listed on our website are fulfilled directly from our own warehouse. As the sole official, authorized, and certified distributor/seller of the brands we carry, there’s no risk of receiving a counterfeit product. If you require assistance with authenticity verification, you can directly contact the brand’s customer care and provide product images or batch numbers for verification.

If you happen to encounter a situation where the shipping box appears damaged, tampered with, or lacks the Fitnesstack branded tape, kindly reject the delivery at the time of receipt, even for prepaid orders. Following this, please promptly reach out to us, and we will swiftly address the matter, providing a resolution or issuing a refund as necessary.

You can cancel an order before it reaches the ‘Out For Delivery’ state by going to My Account > My Orders and selecting the specific order shipment you want to cancel. On that page, you’ll find the option to cancel the order shipment.

However, if the order is already in the ‘Out for delivery’ state, you won’t be able to cancel it.

Typically, we process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day. For deliveries within Delhi-NCR, the standard delivery time is 1-3 business days, while for the rest of India, it’s usually 3-5 days. Please note that these estimates are based on the average delivery times of our previous orders. While we strive to expedite shipping, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

It’s important to note that Fitnesstack.com is not responsible for shipping delays or losses arising from factors beyond our control, such as recipient unavailability, incorrect addresses, or adverse weather conditions. However, we’ll make every effort to notify customers of any delays in such situations.
